The article focuses on the research of Jerusalem artichoke,a new type of economic crop used for food,medicine,and feed.It summarized and analyzed the main practices and achievements in the high-quality development of the Jerusalem artichoke industry in Qinghai Province,and pointed out the existing problems of a lack of specialized varieties,imperfect cultivation techniques,insufficient supporting machinery and talent,and unsmooth"production-supply-marketing"channels.It also proposed relevant strategies and suggestions to address these issues,providing constructive ideas for the high-quality development of the Jerusalem artichoke industry in Qinghai and across the country.
