The third-party evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is a key link in scientific and technological innovation activities,which has the characteristics of independence,professionalism and authority.This paper investigates the development status of third-party evaluation of domestic scientific and technological achievements,and taking Xining city as an example,summarizes the achievements of third-party evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in Xining,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the promotion of third-party evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
