关于电气化铁路枢纽地区接触网电分段燃弧的研究

京九线阜阳枢纽接触网电分段主要采用分段绝缘器和锚段关节两种形式.在长时间运行过程中发现,阜阳枢纽电力机车受电弓通过电分段时燃弧剧烈,甚至造成了电流增量保护动作及设备受损,对运输秩序造成巨大影响.文章对阜阳枢纽电力机车受电弓通过电分段的过程进行深入分析,找出燃弧与牵引负荷电流之间的关系,确定不同开闭所间电分段为剧烈燃弧多发处所,并就其设计方案进行探究,提出减小燃弧影响的优化设计方案.
Research on the Arc at the Electrical Segmentation of Overhead Contact System in Electrified Railway Hub Areas
The electrical segmentation of the overhead contact system at Fuyang Hub on the Beijing Kowloon Line mainly adopts two forms:segmented insulators and anchor joints.During long-term operation,it was found that the pantograph of the Fuyang hub electric locomotive ignited violently when passing through the electric section,even causing current increment protection action and equipment damage,which had a huge impact on the transportation order.In this paper,a deep analysis was conducted on the process of the pantograph passing through the electric section to identify the relationship between arcing and traction load current,and to determine that the electric section between different switching stations is a location with frequent occurrence of severe arcing.The design scheme was explored,and an optimized design scheme was proposed to reduce the impact of arcing.
