Public hospitals are the main body of the medical service system in Qinghai Province,and after long-term comprehensive reform and exploration in recent years,the development process of public hospitals in Qinghai Province has reached a critical period of transformation from"quantitative accumulation"to"qualitative improvement".In order to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,Qinghai Province issued the"Implementation Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Public Hospitals in Qinghai Province"in 2021,opening a new round of hospital reform and development plan.In this context,this paper analyzes the importance of talent work to the high-quality development of hospitals and the current problems faced by the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in public hospitals,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in public hospitals at all levels in the future in combination with some achievements and excellent practices achieved in Qinghai Province since the implementation of the program for three years.
