The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the Cordyceps sinensis industry have been analyzed in Qinghai Province using SWOT in this paper.Based on the above analysis,in order to promote protection and use of Cordyceps sinensis and the high-quality development of the industry at a high level,the unified and authoritative scientific regulatory system should been built based on the top-level design and strengthen policy support.The safety and effective quality standard system,complete and efficient marketing system of the whole industry chain also should been built.
