Based on the patent retrieval and analysis system of the State Intellectual Property Office,this paper constructs a patent intelligence retrieval strategy for the Qinghai barley liquor industry,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the development trend of the Qinghai barley liquor industry,providing references for its innovative development.The results indicate that,influenced by multiple factors,the Qinghai barley liquor industry is currently in an adjustment and development phase.The technology accumulation of the Qinghai barley liquor industry is slow,the layout of patent technology fields is relatively dispersed,and the dominant technology fields are not evident.The total number of patents in the barley liquor industry is small,the proportion of valid patents is low,the overall research and development level of enterprises is limited,and the technological innovation capability is insufficient.In response to the current situation and existing problems,the paper proposes relevant suggestions to promote the innovative development of the Qinghai barley liquor industry.
