2023年青海省汛期地面气象资料总体质量分析

基于气象资料业务系统,以数据可用率作为评估标准,针对2023年5-9月青海省国家级地面气象自动站和区域自动气象站站点数据进行质量统计、分析和评估,结果表明:2023年汛期青海省地面气象数据总体质量较好;国家站与区域站数据处理均较为及时;利用气象资料业务系统对国家站和区域站观测资料进行质控,能够及时发现问题数据,与台站进行有效沟通、及时维护设备、高效处理疑误数据,促进数据质量提升,为精准预报、精细服务提供更为准确可靠的数据支撑。
Analysis of the Overall Quality of Surface Meteorological Data During the Flood Season in Qinghai Province in 2023
Based on the Meteorological Data Operations System(MDOS),the quality statistics,analysis and assessment of the data of national and regional automatic surface meteorological stations in Qinghai Province from May to September 2023 were conducted using the data availability rate as the assessment standard.The results showed that:the overall quality of the surface meteorological data in Qinghai Province during the flood season of 2023 was relatively good,and the data processing of both national and regional stations was relatively timely.The use of the Meteorological Data Operations System(MDOS)for quality control of observation data from national and regional stations enables timely detection of problematic data,effective communication with the stations,timely maintenance of equipment,efficient handling of erroneous data,and promotion of data quality improvement,thus providing more accurate and reliable data support for accurate forecasts and fine services.
