Exploration of the Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Qinghai Area
Objective:To analyze the nursing effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with hypertension complicated by acute myocardial infarction in the Qinghai area.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hypertension in Qinghai area admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups using the random number table method:a control group of 45 cases receiving routine nursing,and an observation group of 45 cases receiving comprehensive nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.A total of 80 patients with hypertension complicated by acute myocardial infarction in Qinghai area admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups using the random number table method:a control group of 40 cases receiving routine nursing,and an observation group of 40 cases receiving comprehensive nursing intervention.The implementation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:For hypertensive patients:After the intervention,the blood pressure of the patients in the observation group significantly decreased,and the nursing satisfaction rate and medication adherence rate significantly increased.At 3 months post-discharge,the blood pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate and medication adherence rate were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).For the hypertensive patients with acute myocardial infarction:After the intervention,the blood pressure of patients in the observation group significantly decreased,and the nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life scores in each dimension,and psychological resilience scores in each dimension significantly increased.At 3 months post-discharge,the blood pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life scores in each dimension,and psychological resilience scores in each dimension were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing care of the patients with hypertension complicated by acute myocardial infarction in Qinghai area,comprehensive nursing intervention improved patient blood pressure,promoted the enhancement of quality of life,alleviated patient psychological stress,and increased patient satisfaction,thereby contributing to the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship.
