Change of Mental Health Education Policy for College Students in China since the Reform and Opening up——Based on the Advocacy Coalition Framework
According to the advocacy coalition framework,the mental health education for college students in China has developed nearly 40 years since the reform and opening up.There are two coalitions around the core belief of"promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of college students"in its policy sub-system.After studying the types,belief systems,policy oriented learning and external system events of mental health education policy for college students,it is found that the two coalitions express different fundamental policy positions based on their core beliefs.Under the background of major social,political and economic changes,according to the basic consensus on mental health education,the two coalitions have conducted mutual policy learning,and finally contributed to the current policy model of mental health education for college students that integrates psychological education and moral education.
