Institutional Guarantees and Path Expansion for"Private Enterprises Entering the Borderlands"under the Vision of Common Prosperity
"The Private Enterprises Enter the Border Areas'initiative",as an implementation of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in response to the Central Party's directives on border governance,is of great significance for forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation and deepening the interaction,communication,and integration among various ethnic groups.However,the proactive implementation of the"Private Enterprises Enter the Border Areas'initiative"stands in stark contrast to the lagging theoretical research.The institutional safeguards and the expansion of action paths have not yet received academic attention,especially the lack of discussion from the per-spective of common prosperity.Under the vision of common prosperity,border regions should establish the solidification of the sense of community for the Chinese nation as the core concept for the construction of institutional guarantees.This should be built around four fundamental dimensions:policy,rule of law,business environment,and culture.By deepening cross-regional collaboration,cultivating cooperation with the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce,and strengthening policy coordination to meet demands,we aim to reduce participation costs through advancing financial in-novation and enhancing exemplary leadership,and to strengthen confidence by expanding the pathways of action,so as to deepen"the Private Enter-prises Enter the Border Areas'action",make it more thorough and detailed,and truly promote common prosperity in the border regions.
