Investigation and Research About Characters of Jerusalem Artichoke Resources
Jerusalem artichoke resources were collected as study material, quantitative character and quality character were researched. The result showed there were 36 early maturity resource,55 middle or latematurity resource and 31 late maturity resource of all the 122 resource collected. There existed significant differences regarding to stem type, outer tangential, shape, underground distribution and smoothness of tubers.
