为明确青海产区不同枸杞品种内含物合成规律及其差异,本研究以宁杞1号、5号、7号和青杞1号为试验材料,对青果期、黄果期和熟果期的枸杞果实总糖、多糖、黄酮、甜菜碱、氨基酸、类胡萝卜素、维生素C等内含物进行了测定,分析了果实内含物之间的相关性,结合主成分分析进行了果实品质综合评价.结果表明:枸杞中的总糖含量随着果实的发育逐渐增高,黄酮、氨基酸含量逐渐降低.类胡萝卜素、多糖呈现先上升后下降.维生素C含量青果期最低,随果实的发育有升有降.枸杞果实主成分分析结果显示,品质较好的是青杞1号,其次是宁杞5号.本研究明确了不同时期枸杞果实内含物的变化规律,为青海产区主要枸杞品种的综合开发利用提供参考.
Study on the Variation Law of Inclusions in Main Wolfberry Varieties in Different Periods in Qaidam Basin
In order to clarify the synthesis law of inclusions and their differences among different wolfberry varieties in Qinghai production area,this study took Ningqi No.1,No.5,No.7 and Qingqi No.1 as the experi-mental materials,and total sugar,polysaccharides,flavonoids,betaine,amino acids,carotenoids,and vitamin C of wolfberry fruits in the stage of green fruit,yellow fruit,and ripe fruit were measured,and the correlation among the inclusions of the fruits was analyzed,and the fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated by combi-ning with principal component analysis.The results showed that total sugar content in wolfberry increased grad-ually with the development of the fruit,while flavonoids and amino acids decreased gradually.Carotenoids and polysaccharides showed firstly increase and then decrease.Vitamin C content was the lowest in the green fruit stage,and fluctuated with the development of the fruit.The results of principal component analysis of wolfberry fruit showed that the better quality was Qingqi 1,followed by Ningqi 5.This study clarified the change rule of wolfberry fruit contents in different periods,and provided reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of the main wolfberry varieties in Qinghai production area.
