Effects of PEG-6000 Stress on the Growth and Photosynthetic Fluorescence Characteristics of Grossularia Atropurpurea
To study the effects of drought stress on the growth and photosynthetic fluorescence characteris-tics of Grossularia atropurpure, the dynamic changes of growth indexes, light and parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were detected by PEG-6000 simulated drought stress test with different concentra-tions(10%,20%and 30%).The results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration and stress days, the plant height, ground diameter, relative chlorophyll and leaf number of G.atropurpure seedlings decreased.Fluorescence parameters Pn,Sn and Gs showed a downward trend, while intercellular Ci showed an upward trend. The five indicators of light and parameters,Fv,qP,Fv/Fm,Fv/F0 and Y(Ⅱ).all showed a downward trend, while qNP and F0 showed a gradual upward trend.Therefore,G.atropurpure mainly responds to drought stress by changing its growth status, photosynthetic and fluorescence characteristics in the environ-ment of increasing drought.
