Investigation and Propagation Technology of Myricaria Desv.Resource in Qilian Mountain Wetland
To protect and utilize plant resources of Myricaria Desv.in Qilian Mountain wetland,realize ar-tificial propagation and cultivation,species,morphology,and distribution were investigated,and the sowing,cuttings and division propagation experiments were performed.The results showed there were 3 species of M.Desv.in Qilian Mountain wetland,namely M.prostrate Hook.f.et Thoms.,M.bracteata Royle,and M.squamo-sa Desv..Among them,the natural reproduction characteristics of M.squamosa Desv.,whose stored with sands and cutting treated with indoleacetic acid were the best in different species,which should be recommended to prioritize the reproduction of M.squamosa Desv.to meet production needs.The rooting rate of IAA-treated cuttings were 75.33％～86.00％,which can be prioritized for seedling propagation.The survival rate of root tiller seedlings transplanted after pruning can reach 42.67％to 52.00％,which can be used as a candidate method for reproduction.The germination rate of seeds stored in sand was only 21.00％to 30.67％,and the germination rate needs to be improved.It is recommended not to use it for seedling reproduction temporarily.
