At present,the development of edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province gradually tends to in-dustrialization and scale,and the agricultural industrialization management benefits are remarkable,which puts forward new challenges and higher requirements for the existing industrial management model.With a view to provide a theoretical reference for the next development of edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province,this paper summarized the management model of edible fungi industry,analyzed the main problems and solving measures in the development of this industry,and prospected the future development of edible fungi industry,I hope to provide reference for the development of the edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province.
