Effects of Different Proportions of Rape Straw and Corncob on the Cultivation of Coprinus Comatus
To select the formula suitable for cultivating Coprinus comatus in the Qinghai Province, this study used Coprinus comatus Cc-900 as the experiment material to explore the effects of different proportions of rape straw and corncob on the growth and yield of C.comatus.The results showed that the optimal substrate formulations for cultivating C.comatus was rape straw 20%,corncob 68%,wheat bran 10%and lime 2%.The compost fermented quickly, and after fermentation, the C/N of the cultivated material was 27.66,the growth period and soil covering period were shortened to 11 and 39 days respectively.Substrate proportions in-fluenced agronomic characteristics such as weight of the fruiting body of a single mushroom which reached 35.87 g.In addition, yield of C.comatus was 12.40 kg/m2,under this formula, the biotransformation rate of C.comatus could reach 68%.
