不同处理对陕甘花楸扦插生根的影响

以陕甘花楸木质化、半木质化插穗为试验材料,采用单因素试验,筛选适宜的生长调节剂,并结合正交试验,研究生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和不同留叶数量对陕甘花楸扦插生根效果的影响.结果表明,陕甘花楸硬枝扦插主要以愈伤组织生根为主,生根效果最好的是200 mg/L的IAA处理;嫩枝扦插主要以皮部和结上生根型为主,生长调节剂种类是影响陕甘花楸扦插生根的主要因素,其次是浓度,浸泡时间和留叶量对其生根影响相对较小.极差分析结果表示,处理6(A2B3C1D2)为最优组合,扦插生根效果最好.本试验找出了适宜陕甘花楸生根组合,为其扦插育苗生产提供参考.
Effects of Different Treatments on Cuttings Rooting of Sorbus Koehneana Schneid
lignified and semi-lignified cuttings of Sorbus koehneana Schneid were used as material,the effects of growth regulator type,concentration,soaking time and number of leaves on rooting effect of S.koeh-neana Schneid were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that callus was the main root of hard branch cuttings,and the best rooting effect was 200 mg/L IAA treatment.The type of growth regulator was the main factor affecting the rooting of the cuttings,followed by the concentration,soaking time and the number of leaves.The results of range analysis showed that treatment 6(A2B3C1D2)was the optimal combination,and the rooting effect was the best.This experiment found out the suitable rooting combination of S.koehneana Schneid,and provided reference for its cutting seedling production.
