Screening Test of in Situ Decomposing Bacteria for Litter of Pinus Tabulaeformis Plantation in Qinghai Plateau
This experiment selected 6 types of microbial agents for in situ decomposition of litter in Pinus tabulaeformis plantations. One year after the experiment, the effects of different microbial agents on soil physi-cal properties and nutrient properties were measured. The results showed that the bacterial agent used in treat-ment 3 had the fastest decomposition rate of soil nutrients, with total P,total K,available P,and organic matter content increasing by 15.4%,6.8%,60.44%,and 36.09%compared to the control. The impact of different decomposition agents on soil physical properties was also significant, with soil moisture content and field water capacity increased by 13.43%and 27.59%respectively compared to the control. The use of microbial agents can accelerate the decomposition of litter, achieve rapid increase in soil nutrients, and reduce forest fire haz-ards.
