摘要
本研究以五味子为主要原料,利用单因素和正交试验确定五味子养生保健泡饮袋的最佳配方.结果表明:五味子泡饮袋产品的最佳配方为A3B2C3D3,即五味子颗粒20 g、枸杞颗粒4 g、苦水玫瑰颗粒0.6 g、单晶冰糖颗粒8 g、柠檬颗粒1.6 g.
Abstract
Schisandra chinensis were used as material,the optimal formula of S.chinensis life cultivation and health preservation soaking drink bags were performed using single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal formula for the Schisandra chinensis soaking drink bags product was A3B2C3D3,which included 20 g Schisandra chinensis particles,4 g Goji berry particles,0.6 g Kushui Rose particles,8 g single crystal rock sugar particles,and 1.6 g lemon particles.
