摘要
硒是生物体内关键矿物质之一,植物可以将无机硒转变为有机硒.有机硒被动植物有效利用,来满足自身生长发育和代谢的需要.适当硒量可以增强植物的抗逆能力,缓解非生物胁迫.本文主要综述了硒对植物生长发育、抗逆性和代谢调控的影响,植物体内硒的吸收、积累和价态,硒在植物的蛋白水平、转录水平上的作用和硒处理下植物非编码RNA的研究.本文为植物的富硒机理的探究奠定基础,为富硒农产品的开发和利用提供参考.
Abstract
Selenium is one of the key minerals in living organisms and plants can convert inorganic seleni-um into organic selenium.Organic selenium is effectively utilized by plants and animals to meet their needs for growth,development and metabolism.Appropriate amount of selenium can enhance plant resistance and allevi-ate abiotic stresses.This paper reviews the effects of selenium on plant growth and development,stress toler-ance and metabolic regulation,selenium uptake,accumulation and valence in plants,selenium's role at the protein level,transcriptional level and non-coding RNAs in plants under selenium treatment.This paper lays the foundation for the investigation of selenium enrichment mechanism in plants and provides reference for the development and utilization of selenium-enriched agricultural products.
