Effect of Meteorological Conditions on Fruit Flavor
As an important cash crop in China,fruit is deeply loved by people because of its unique taste and aroma characteristics and a variety of nutrients.With the continuous improvement of people's living stand-ard,the requirement of fruit flavor and quality is getting higher and higher.However,in the process of fruit growth and development and the formation of substances closely related to quality,meteorological factors can directly or indirectly affect the formation,accumulation and transformation of fruit flavor.Based on this,this pa-per summarized the four factors that affect the formation of fruit flavor,including light,temperature,moisture and altitude,by combining the knowledge of Agricultural meteorology and consulting relevant data.In order to explore more programs and models of integration of science and education,production and education,and pro-mote the construction and development of new agricultural science.
