保护地黄瓜细菌性角斑病和白粉病防治药剂筛选

为筛选出保护地黄瓜细菌性角斑病、白粉病的防治药剂,分别选用3种药剂对这两种病害进行试验,测定药效.结果表明:1亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌和33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病均有较好的防治效果,3次施药后防效分别是97.49%和96.16%,且对黄瓜安全无药害,可作为保护地黄瓜细菌性角斑病防治药剂推广使用;三唑酮对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果最好,可达92.37%,阿米西达次之,防效为83.75%,两种药剂均不产生药害,在实际生产中,三唑酮与阿米西达可交替使用.
Screening of Control Agents for Cucumber Bacterial Angular Leaf Spot and Powdery Mildew in Protected Areas
In order to screen out the control agents of cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot and powdery mildew in protected field,three kinds of agents were selected to test these two diseases,and the efficacy inves-tigation was carried out respectively.The results showed that 100 million CFU/g Bacillus subtilis and 33.5%quinoline copper suspension had good control effect on cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot,and the control effects after three times of application were 97.49%and 96.16%,respectively.It was safe and harmless to cucumber,and could be used as a control agent for cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot in protected are-as.Triadimefon had the best control effect on cucumber powdery mildew,up to 92.37%,followed by amistar,which was 83.75%.Both agents did not produce phytotoxicity.In actual production,triadimefon and amistar could be used alternately.
