摘要
本文以四川省乐山市金口河区乌天麻菜品研究为切入点,阐述了乌天麻的资源现状、天麻的菜品的研发以及菜品研发产生的主要成效.为后续乌天麻可持续开发和利用提供参考.
Abstract
This study took Gastrodia elata dishes as the starting point in Jinkouhe District,Leshan City,Sichuan Province,and elaborated on the current status of Gastrodia elata resources,the development of Gastro-dia elata dishes,and the main achievements of dishs development.It provides reference for the sustainable de-velopment and utilization of Gastrodia elata in the future.
