Correlation between the Diversity of Endophytic Fungal Communities in Gentiana Straminea Maxim.and Soil Physicochemical Factors
The endophytic fungi of Gentiana straminea Maxim.from alpine meadows were isolated from four tissue parts:roots, flowers, stems and leaves by using tissue block culture method. The diversity of endo-phytic fungi of G.straminea was analysed after morphological and ITS sequencing identification. As the re-sults showed,a total of 268 endophytic fungal strains were obtained from different tissue parts of G.stra-minea,which were classified into 40 OTUs.In the order of more dominant genera in the root, flower, stem and leaf parts were Cladophora,Botrytis,Cladosporium and Septoria. The endophytic fungal community diver-sity indices(Shannon's index,Simpson's index)were all higher in the roots. The endophytic fungi community structure in the root and stem parts was similar and less different.Soil pH,total nitrogen, total potassium,quick-acting phosphorus and bulk weight were the main factors influencing the diversity of endophytic fungal communities of G.straminea.
