Research on the Environmental Adaptability of Morchella Spongiola Based on Genomics
In this study, the environmental adaptation genes were mined based on the genome database of M12-10,and the adaptation mechanism in the extreme environment of the plateau was explored. The results showed that 83 environmental adaptation genes were screened through the KEGG annotation database, mainly involving MAPK signaling pathway(60),phosphatidylinositol signaling system(16)and ABC transporters(7).Through BLAST and literature review, these genes were divided into 8 types of environmental factor-related factors such as low temperature, ultraviolet, and salt.Among them, the most stress-resistant genes were 44,and the least anti-hypoxia stress genes were 4.The expression level of the screened salt gene M12-10_G01390 was the lowest under 1 mol/L low salt stress, and the expression level was relatively high under 3 mol/L high salt stress(0.25).The expression level of low temperature gene M12-10_G03567 was the highest(1.9)under 4 ℃ temperature stress. The expression of UV gene M12-10_G04909 increased(1.34)under short time(30 min)UV irradiation, and decreased(all below 0.25)under medium(60 min,120 min)and long time(300 min)UV irradiation. This article provides a reference for future research on the adaptability of M.esculenta in the ecological environment of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.
