摘要
植物根际微生物不仅能介导植物生理和代谢的调节,也能与植物根系互作,从而影响植物生长发育、提高抗性等.随着测序技术的创新与发展,组学技术已被广泛应用于植物根际微生物的各项研究.本文主要综述了宏基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学多组学联合分析在植物根际微生物多样性和功能研究中的应用,并提出了发展展望.这将为深层次挖掘植物—微生物—土壤界面的大量尚未揭示的关键过程与机制提供新思路.
Abstract
Plant rhizosphere microorganisms not only mediate the regulation of plant physiology and me-tabolism,but also interact with plant roots,thereby affecting plant growth and development,improving resist-ance,and so on.With the innovation and development of sequencing technology,omics technology has been widely applied in various studies of plant rhizosphere microorganisms.This article mainly reviewed the appli-cations of metagenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,and multi omics combined analysis in the study of plant rhizosphere microbial diversity and function,and proposed development prospects.This will provide new ideas for exploring a large number of yet to be revealed key processes and mechanisms at the plant microbe soil in-terface at a deeper level.
