本试验通过设置吸水时间、不同贮藏时间、低温层积、温度和光照、外源激素等不同处理方式对领春木种子发芽率进行研究.结果表明,领春木种子在浸泡24 h时吸水率最高为15.3%;常温贮藏90 d的领春木种子萌发率最高,达到了 83.33%;低温层积时间越长领春木种子萌发率越低;25 ℃恒温且在1 000 Lux光照条件下领春木种子的发芽率达到了 86.67%,且光条件更适合领春木种子的萌发;3种外源激素处理,500 mg/L浓度NAA与200 mg/L浓度ABT处理领春木种子发芽率差异不大,NAA浓度为500 mg/L时发芽率最高,为86.67%,IBA处理领春木种子的发芽率效果最差.
Effect of Different Treatments on Seed Germination of Euptelea pleiospermum
In this study,Different treatment methods such as water absorption time、different storage time、low temperature stratification、temperature and light、and exogenous hormones were used to study the seed germination rate of Euptelea pleiospermum.The results showed that the highest water absorption rate was 15.3%after soaking for 24 h.The highest seed germination rate was 83.33%when the seeds were stored at room temperature for 90 days.The longer the low-temperature stratification time was,the lower the seed ger-mination rate was.Under constant temperature of 25 ℃ and 1 000 Lux light condition,the germination rate reached 86.67%,and the light condition was more suitable for seed germination.There was little difference in germination rate between the 500 mg/L NAA and 200 mg/L ABT treatments with three exogenous hormone treatments.The highest germination rate was 86.67%when the NAA concentration was 500 mg/L.IBA treat-ment had the worst effect on seed germination rate.
