Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on the Rooting Cuttings of Juniperus przewalskii Kom.
The semi-lignified shoots of Juniperus przewalskii Kom.were used as experimental materials,and three growth regulators,S-3307,ABT1 and IBA,and different concentrations(100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg)were used to study the effects of different treatments on the cuttings of Juniperus przewalskii Kom.The results showed that the survival rate of treatment A1 was the highest at 46.10％,and the seedling height,ground diameter,new shoots,number of lateral roots,and lateral root length were 24.41 cm,2.27 cm,7.39 cm,9.10 roots,and 6.73 cm,respectively.The survival rate of B3 was 43.60％,and the seed-ling height,ground diameter,new shoots,number of lateral roots,and lateral root length were 26.41 cm,2.19 cm,7.75 cm,9.30 roots,and 4.94 cm,respectively.In terms of production,it is recommended that S-3307 100 mg/kg and ABT1 300 mg/kg should be used in the rooting of cuttings of Juniperus przewalskii Kom.
