Effects of Slope Direction on the Growth of Armeniaca vulganis
In this study, slope direction, planting season and seedling age were used as experimental fac-tors to compare and analyze the survival rate, growth, flowering amount and disease incidence of Armeniaca vulganis. The results showed that planting season, seedling age and slope aspect had different effects on the survival rate, growth, basal diameter of new branches, number of flowers and pests and diseases of Armeniaca vulganis. The highest initial survival rate of Armeniaca vulganis was 92.96%in spring. The suitable age of seedlings was 2-3 years, and the highest survival rate was 90.37%.The effect of planting Armeniaca vulga-nis on the sunny slope was the best, the survival rate could reach 81.85%,the average annual growth per plant could reach 142.55 cm,the base diameter of new branches could reach 1.18 cm,the number of flowers could reach 435 per plant.Secondly, the south east slope.Sunny slope and semi-sunny slope to carry out Armeniaca vulganis planting can realize the dual benefits of ecological restoration and forest fruit economy.
