Comparative Experimental Study on Potato Varieties(Lines)in Huangzhong District of Qinghai Province
Nine potato varieties(lines)were introduced from Qinghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and their growth period,field characteristics,tuber characteristics,economic characteristics,yield and other aspects were compared and analyzed.The results showed that there were four varieties(lines)with better comprehensive traits compared to the control Qingshu 2,namely Tongshu 1,Qingshu 9,Qingshu 10,and 15-01-01.Among them,Tongshu 1 has the highest yield and commodity rate,with 53 976.94 kg/hm2 and 89.04％respectively.Compared with the control Qingshu 2,it has increased yield by 23.73％and commodi-ty rate by 11.34％.However,its starch and dry matter content were relatively low,making it a vegetable va-riety.The other three varieties(lines)are also more suitable for promotion and planting in this area.
