花叶丁香优良单株无菌苗培养基的筛选

以花叶丁香优良单株春季萌发的带芽茎段为外植体,通过设置基本培养基类型,细胞分裂素(6BA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)不同浓度,开展最佳诱导培养基、芽增殖培养基和无菌苗生根培养基的筛选试验.结果表明:最佳诱导培养基为MS+6BA2.0 mg/L;最佳芽增殖培养基为MS+6BA3.0 mg/L+IBA0.5 mg/L;无菌苗最佳生根培养基为 1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.
Screening of Culture Medium for Excellent Sterile Seedlings of Syringa persica
Taking the stem segments with buds germinated in spring of Syringa persica as explants,by setting the basic medium types and different concentrations of cytokinin(6BA),indolebutyric acid(IBA)and a-naphthylacetic acid(NAA),the screening experiments of the best induction medium,bud prolifera-tion medium and aseptic seedling rooting medium were carried out.The results showed that the best induction medium was MS+6BA 2.0 mg/L;The optimum medium for bud proliferation was MS+6BA 3.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L;The best rooting medium for aseptic seedlings was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
