摘要

为了解25%噻虫·咯·霜灵悬浮种衣剂对蚕豆作物的安全性及根腐病的防治效果,以蚕豆品种青蚕14号为试验材料,分别以0 mL/Kg、300 mL/Kg、600 mL/Kg的25%噻虫·咯·霜灵进行拌种.结果表明,300 mL/Kg的效果较好,株型紧凑,有效枝数为3.3枝、单株实荚数12.7荚、实粒数24.4粒、单荚粒数2.5荚和百粒重185.1 g,苗期防效为85.58%,开花结荚期防效为69.41%,比对照增产率为15.57%.可在生产上推荐使用.

Abstract

In order to understand the safety of seed coating agent in 25%Thiacloprid-Cream suspension on faba bean and the control effect of root rot,the Qingcan No.14 of faba bean was used as the experimental material,and the seeds were dressed with 0 mL/Kg,300 mL/Kg and 600 mL/Kg of 25%Thiacloprid-Cream suspension respectively.The results showed that the effect of 300 mL/kg was the best,with a compact plant type,3.3 effective branches,12.7 pods per plant,24.4 seeds per plant,2.5 pods per pod,and a weight of 185.1 g per 100 seeds.The control effect was 85.58%during the seedling stage,and the control effect was 69.41%during the flowering and pod setting stage,with a yield increase rate of 15.57%compared to the control.It can be recommended for use in production.
