In order to clarify the temporal and spatial changes of greenhouse gas emissions from agricul-tural production in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,the life cycle assessment method was used to ana-lyze the sown area,yield,agricultural input and greenhouse gas emissions.The results showed that the plant-ing structure of Haibei prefecture changed greatly,food crops changed to oil crops,and agricultural inputs and greenhouse gas emissions were the highest in Menyuan area,accounting for 75.0%.The production and use of nitrogen fertilizer were the main cause of greenhouse gas emissions,accounting for 88.8%of the total emissions.Therefore,Haibei Prefecture should pay more attention to the management process of crop produc-tion in Menyuan area,especially nitrogen fertilizer management.
