PEG模拟干旱胁迫下白芥种子萌发期抗旱性评价

以四份白芥种子为材料,设计不同浓度梯度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫环境,通过对各浓度胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对活力指数、相对发芽指数、根长及种子萌发抗旱指数进行测定比较,并对白芥种子萌发期抗旱性进行综合评价.结果表明,15%的PEG浓度胁迫下,白芥1号种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对活力指数、相对发芽指数及种子萌发抗旱指数最理想,分别为96.65%、93.42%、106.06%、82.25%和1.15.20%的PEG浓度对SA-3品系根长抑制率最低,为79.61%,且经综合评价发现其抗旱能力排第一,第二为白芥1号.因此,15%~20%的PEG浓度是白芥干旱胁迫的适宜浓度.
Drought Resistance Evaluation of Sinapis alba L.Seeds at Germination Stage under PEG Simulated Drought Stress
Four Sinapis alba L.resources were used as materials to design different concentration gradi-ents of PEG-6000 to simulate drought stress environment.The germination rate,germination potential,rela-tive vigor index,relative germination index,root length and drought resistance index of seed germination were compared under different concentrations of stress,and the drought resistance of S.alba seed germination was comprehensively evaluated.According to the results,Under the stress of 15%PEG concentration,the inde-xes of each variety(line)were the best compared with CK.Among them,the germination rate,germination potential,relative vigor index,relative germination index,root length and seed germination drought resistance index of Baijie No.1 seed were the most ideal,which were 96.65%,93.42%,106.06%,82.25%and 1.15,respectively.the variation trend of each index was more obvious than that under 15%PEG concentra-tion stress.The lowest root length inhibition rate of SA-3 strain was 79.61%at a PEG concentration of 20%,and comprehensive evaluation showed that its drought resistance ranked first,followed by Baijie 1.Therefore,a PEG concentration of 15%to 20%was the appropriate concentration for drought stress in white mustard.
