Study on UPLC Characteristic Chromatogram of Tibetan Medicine Shiwei Chekhozi Tablets
Establish the characteristic chro matogra m of Tibetan medicine Shiwei Chekhozi Tablet by ul-tra-high-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC),in order to provide a reference for the quality control of Shiwei Chekhozi Tablet.A CORTECS UPLC T3(100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.6 μm)chromatographic column was used;acetonitrile was used as mobile phase A and 0.1％phosphoric acid water was used as mo-bile phase B for gradient elution;the detection wavelength was 216 nm;the flow rate was 0.25 mL/min;the column temperature was 40 ℃.Through the determination of 15 batches of samples of Tibetan medicine Shi-wei Chekhozi Tablet,a total of 15 common peaks were determined.In the precision,repeatability and stabili-ty experiments,the RSD values of the relative retention times of the common peaks were all＜3.37％,and the RSD values of the relative peak areas were all＜4.50％.This method is accurate,reliable and has good repeatability,providing a scientific basis for better controlling the internal quality of Tibetan medicine Shiwei Chekhozi Tablet.
