Research on the development characteristics and evolutionary trends of middle school geography teaching aids in the past 30 years
The application of geographical teaching aids plays an extremely important auxiliary role in stimu-lating students'curiosity and learning interest,promoting independent thinking and solving geographical problems,and exploring geographical phenomena and processes.This article is based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNK1)and searched for 241 articles published in journals,dissertations,and conference collections with the theme of geography teaching aids in the past 30 years.Keyword analysis was conducted using CiteSpace software.The results indicate that in the past 30 years,geography teaching aids have been continuously developing towards diversification,visualization,life oriented,and student-centered approaches.Based on the con-tent of core geographic literacy,it is pointed out that the development trend of future geographic teaching aids is mainly manifested in:(1)geographic teaching aids pays more attention to expressing the relationship between hu-mans and the environment.(2)Geography teaching aids pays more attention to comprehensively,systematically,and dynamically representing the geographical environment from a holistic perspective.(3)Geography teaching aids pays more attention to combining regional thinking and expressing the complexity of geographical environments from different scales.(4)Geography teaching aids pays more attention to guiding students to hands-on operations,conducting experiments and surveys.
