当今国际竞争日益激烈,人才的培养已不仅仅是现代知识理论的传授,更重要的是创新能力的培养,这其中,高校的科研能力发挥着重要的作用。而目前由于行政化导向下的高校管理体制和市场化导向下追求就业率的影响,部分高校追求短期效果,致使科研和教学受到了不同程度的制约,影响了学生创造性潜能的开发和创业能力的培养,造成就业困难和就业后的发展缺乏后劲。因此,我国的高校改革应强化以做人为目标的教育思想、以培养学生能力为导向的教学目标和以科研为导向的教学体系。通过大力鼓励科研来深度开发和培养学生的创造性智慧和能力,提升学校的核心竞争力。
International science and technology of today's increasingly competitive economy,the training of personnel is no longer just to teach the theory of modern knowledge,more importantly,is the scientific and technological innovation abilities,of which the research capability of universities plays an important role.At present,due to administrative technology-oriented colleges and universities under the management system and market-oriented pursuit of employment under the impact of some universities in the pursuit of short-term effects,resulting in research and teaching have been varying degrees of constraints affecting the development of student's creative potential and entrepreneurial ability culture,resulting in difficulties in finding jobs and a lack of staying power for the development of post-employment.Therefore,the reform of China's colleges and universities should be established with a man as the goal of educational thinking,to foster student ability-oriented teaching objectives and research-oriented teaching system.Strongly encouraged by the depth of research and to develop and train students in the creative wisdom and ability to enhance the school's core competitiveness.
