This paper analyses the influencing factors of creative talents training of chinese colleges and universities,based on defining innovation and creative talents,and Proposed the measures to encourage colleges and universities reform and innovate.The views are that training innovative talents must change the concept of school,reform management system and the system,reform teaching and studying system,improve school conditions.
