摘要
中国古代教育思想重视以德化育,教育者以传道为主,注重对受教育者的因材施教;更强调慎独、内省的价值自觉。在教育过程中,教育者既传道又解惑;受教育者在学习过程中,获得知识,更获得做人的方式。这种教育观念值得当代教育工作者深入思考。
Abstract
Emphasis on moral education of Chinese traditional education,special attention on individualized and integrity maintenance.In the educational process,educators both attention on ethics and technology,so this educational thinks should be reflect by teacher＇s contemporary.
