摘要
行政管理体制改革是政府为适应社会发展的改革措施,也是政府的自我完善与发展。本文对我国当前政府面对的问题和形势结合国内外研究进展进行了分析,并对政府如何适应新的形势,提出建立行政法治政府的对策。
Abstract
The reforme of the administrative system is the key means which be adapted to the development of society as well as improvement and development.The article has analysed the situation and problems in my country the government to solve.A government whose powers are limited by law or Constitution,and the fundamental purpose is the maintenance of basic security and public order.
