摘要
扣押、冻结涉案款物是一种针对财物的强制措施,在司法实践中存在不少问题,针对这些现状和问题,必须分析原因,通过完善立法,提高检察人员素质,强化对犯罪嫌疑人财产权利的保护意识,来完善我国的扣押、冻结涉案款物制度。
Abstract
Seizure freeze property system is A kind of compulsory measures about suspects＇s property.In fact,many reasons makes this system has realistic difficult,we have to find out the cause＇ of the difficulties.By perfecting the legislation to improve prosecutors＇s quality and make them understand how to protect suspects＇s property,then consummate the seizure freeze property system.
