摘要
道是秦汉政府管理少数民族的一种地方行政建置,相当于县。文章对近年来秦汉道制的研究状况进行了概述,主要以学术界关注较多、争议也较多的几个问题为切入点,即关于道制的起源、道制形成的时间、道的数目、道与县的关系。对这几个问题的研究,学者们虽各抒己见,取得了比较丰硕的成果,但很多问题仍存在争论,未能达成共识。
Abstract
Dao is a system of district administration that Qin and Han dynasty managed the ethnic minorities.It was equivalent to the County.This article do a summary about the research of Dao of Qinhan in recent years.Several important issues that academic circles mainly pay close attention and debated as the starting point.For example,the origin of Dao,the formation of the time of Dao,the number of Dao,the relationship of Dao and County.For the study on these question,although scholars expressed their views and achieved fruitful result,there are still many controversial issues,and some views failed to consensus.
