The study of this paper is based on an investigation on the acculturation of minority nationality students in Qinghai Nationality University by using questionnaire as well as interviews and open question survey.The investigation shows:The acculturation level of minority nationality students is lower;The Tibetan students' abilities of acculturation are significantly better than Mongolian students' and Hui students';The influence of age for starting learning English is obvious;The students' ability of acculturation by using Chinese as daily language is obviously better than those who uses national languages daily.Hui nationality female students have got lower Psychological Adaptation which dues to their family background.Accordingly,some suggestions related to English language teaching are provided.
