对我国法学本科教育的几点思考

摘要
法学是一门古老的学科,大学法学教育是大学教育不可分离的组成部分。在中国,大学法学教育虽然还很弱小,但却因其特殊使命——法治启蒙而不可或缺,因其本身对法学职业教育重任的无法承受和高等教育大众化阶段的必然要求而定位为素质教育,因而在实施教育中,应该兼顾理论学习与实践能力训练相结合,突出法学基础理论、专门知识和基本技能培养。
Abstract
Law is an ancient discipline,and law education is an inalienable part of University education.In China,the university legal education is still very weak,but it must be retained and not be revoked because of its special mission-to awaken the public＇s faith in the rule of law,it must be quality education itself because of the burden of vocational education it can＇t afford and requirements of popularization of higher education.Therefore in the implementation of education,we should take into account the ability of theoretical study and practice of combined training,highlighting the basic theory of law,specialized knowledge and basic skills training.
