论英语交际能力定义的本土化

摘要
交际能力的定义是衡量语言学习者是否具有交际能力的尺度。基于当前英语已成为国际通用语言的现实,国内大学英语学习者的交际能力培养必须体现英语作为国际间通用的交流媒介的特征,必须包含具有与英语作为母语的人以及把英语作为外语的人进行有效交流的能力,具有认知、判断及灵活应对与不同国家的人们进行有效交流的能力,具有确保跨文化环境下交际畅通的能力。
Abstract
The definition of communicative competence is employed to measure a language learner＇s communicative competence.With the transformation of English into an international language,how to develop communicative competence in college English teaching involves the ability to effectively communicate with speakers of English as mother tongue and foreign language,the ability to cognize,judge and handle the effective communication with speakers of different backgrounds,and the ability to ensure the smooth communication in the cross-cultural context.
