摘要
文章分析了社会支持（家庭支持、朋友支持及其他支持）对于个体幸福感的作用和影响,提出了基于个体现有的社会支持系统的特点以及最大限度地提升幸福感的途径。
Abstract
This paper has an analysis of how the source of social support（family support,friends support,other kinds of support） functions and exerts influence on individual sense of happiness,and presents the means of improving sense of happiness extremely with its existing features into full consideration.
