摘要

高校通过科学合理的薪酬激励机制,可以加强高校人力资源的合理开发和科学管理,特别是西部民族地区高校,通过收入分配制度的改革,强化对优秀和拔尖人才的激励机制,充分发挥他们的作用,可促进高校的可持续发展。

Abstract

By means of scientific and reasonable pay incentives in colleges and universities,reasonable exploitation and scientific management of personnel resources can be strengthened,especially in colleges and universities of the western areas.By means of pay distribution system,the Incentive mechanism of talents and top-notch talents can be strengthened,and enable them to play their roles and advance the Sustainable development of higher education.
