摘要
公路建设对土地资源的依赖越来越大,生态保护的要求越来越高,环境与资源两大制约性矛盾也更加突出。解决好公路建设中的生态问题,已经成为三江源地区生态环境建设规划的一个重要组成部分。
Abstract
The construction of highway has become increasingly dependent on land resources in which the ecological protection has been increasingly demanding.Subsequently,the conflict between environment and resources has become more and more serious and prominent.It is an important part of national ecological environmental construction plan to solve ecological problems in the course of highway construction.
