就业压力与大学生社会适应能力的调查研究

摘要
通过对2328名江苏和青海两地大学生进行问卷调查,发现大学生的就业压力和社会适应能力在性别、是否独生子女、是否学生干部、家庭经济状况、文理科等变量上都存在非常显著的差异(P〈0.001)。大学生就业心理压力与社会适应能力之间形成稳定而显著的负相关,社会适应能力的发展可以减轻就业心理压力。
Abstract
We find that the students have significant differences between the employment pressure and the social adaptation ability by the research of the 2328 students between Qinghai and Jiangsu.In sex,whether they are the only children,whether student cadres,urban and rural origin,family economic status,grade and other variables exist obvious significant differences between the employment pressure and the social adaptation ability(p0.001).Undergraduate's employment psychological pressure and social adaptation ability have stable and obvious negative correlation.The social adaptation ability development can alleviate employment psychological pressure.
