摘要

本文初步探讨了顶岗支教实习在促进教育均衡发展中发挥的应有作用,以及民族高等教育如何在新形势下适应民族地区教育事业发展的问题。

Abstract

Through the investigation, and further came to realize that the Minority Education teaching environment, complete con- trol of the normal students from my school to teach the ideal, professional skills, from teaching experience, discussed the post teaching practice to support education should play the role in the promotion of balanced development of education, and National Higher educa- tion in minority areas to adapt to the new situation of education development.
